An evolving market

The market is evolving. Although the luxury segment is holding up well and the number of items in this range is decreasing, the opposite is true for the traditional market. We are seeing a decrease in transactions but a significant increase in new listings coming onto the market. Prices have not dropped, nor have bank valuations, and with mortgage rates falling and energy costs that we hope will remain stable, we believe these new listings will greatly benefit the market and allow buyers to find what they are looking for. Petit Florian: Construction Has Begun!

For those looking to acquire a main residence and live the dream of mountain living, sales are progressing well in our beautiful “Petit Florian” development at the entrance to the residence area (ski-in ski-out). Only 2 units remain for sale. A note on the progress of the construction: the foundation slab has been poured, marking an important stage of the construction! A Fun Summer in Villars-sur-Ollon

On the eve of our national holiday on Thursday, August 1st, you will find all the information for the usual events of this highlight of our resort on the municipality’s website. The parade will take place at 3 PM, followed by fireworks at 10 PM.
